Tamren P. Kincer wrote something

Mrs. Wooten my name is Tamren Kincer, you were recommended to me by a friend who you helped a few years ago. I desperately need your help, I am 31 years old and a single mother of 4 boys. My 2 oldest son's David and Anthony Ulloa are currently residing with my mother and i want to get them back. In 2006 i made the decision to enter into the Army to try and make a better life for myself and my 2 children at the time. Because of my being a single mother i had to sign over custody of them in case i were to be killed in combat. I chose to let my parents take care of them for me while i was away. We went to Mr. Stadford Peebles lawfirm to have the documents drawn up for me to voluntarily sign my kids over, we ( my parents and myself ) agreed in front of the lawyer and 2 witnesses that in the event that i made it to my duty station or was discharged and came home that my children would be signed back over to me. That was the ONLY reason i agreed to sign them over. While in basic training i learned that my father had stage 4 cancer and 8 weeks into my basic training i was discharged and sent home. When i got home and asked my mother to sign my kids back over to me as we agreed she flat out told me No they are mine now. It has been 9 years and i still do not have my children home with me, they are to be 11 and 13 this year and i have lost a tremendous amount of time with my boys. I have been denied access to them by my mother, I'm not allowed to see or speak to them. I have recently reconnected with my oldest son Via facebook and he has told me he wants to come home and he misses me. If your a mother then you understand how hard it is to be away from your children and feel helpless. My mom has been receiving government assistance for 8 years now that i know of. She gets assistance through the work first cash assistance program and i have been in touch with forsyth county Department of social services about her having that assistance and from what i was told ( i believe i still have the emails ) is that a person if they qualify can receive benefits for 24 months then must stop receiving them for 3 years before they can reapply, if they still qualify they may receive benefits again and that no one person can receive these beneifits for more than 5 years total. and well my mom has been receiving these benefits for 8 years straight. she relocated to Mocksville Nc and is now receiving her benefits in Davie county and they required her to take out child support on me to continue receiving those benefits and she did However, she failed to tell them that i was living in the same home as her and my children when she had all that done. she flat out lied to the case worker and said i was no where to be found. I do have witnesses that i was living in the household at the time. I also have found out that she has her power on in my name. I did not give permission for that to be done nor was i the one to have power turned on in my name. I also found out that she has been illegally receiving cable or at least she was for years untill i found out that the people who lived in that trailer before her failed to have the cable disconnected and when i found out i called and reported her to time warner cable. I lost my job a few years ago and was no longer able to pay my child support which is $289 a month and i currently have a warrent for my arrest for failure to pay child support. I have my 2 youngest son's in the home with me who are 3 and 1 and i can't afford to go to jail because i have no one to take my children and i will not sign them over to anyone because i did that once and was done wrong. I don't have money to pay for legal srvices but i'm desperate to get my children back. I'm hoping you can help me or that you can refer me to someone who can. Please Mrs. Wooten i am begging you to help me bring my boys home where they belong. Thank you for your time. If you would like to contact me back my email is.... kincertamren26@gmail.com and my phone number is ( 336 ) 997-1809. Please help.
