As a 85-year old African American, Napoleon N. Vaughn who is the principal for owner Urban Market Developers, Inc., a subchapter S corporation, wonders if you will defend it against a slip and fall on ice, that is said to have happened at7032 Woodland Avenue.

Deep snow was shoveled and salted, which included the concrete steps. Once snow melted when temperature rose during the day, unknown was more later dripped off an overhang above the front door, and subsequently froze. Long after dark said to have been at 8:00 PM on December 10, 2013, second floor tenant Kynisha Y. Johnson, (from January 11, 2013 to approximately March 3, 2014), upon stepping out the front door, immediately slipped, and allegedly fell.

A couple days later, she duped me to think of driving her to a doctor, when it was, instead, to file a lawsuit, later in the Court of Common Pleas, October Term 2014, No. 00325 by Spear, Greenfield & Richman. Defendant never received a complaint or advance notice about what became a Case Management Order February 13, 2015, Conference: October Term 2014, No 00325
