I am reaching out to you in regards to my 22 year old son who is in desperate need of a attorney he is involved in a child custody case the biological has been in and out of jail wth prior conviction she's had 5 dcs cases filed against her.she is currently in jail and has relinquish all rights to custody of her children two of them belongs to my son her parents immediately filed for temporary custody without my son knowledge juvenile court guardian of lideum has discriminated against my son because of his past he has no conviction or misdemeanor or felony cases but his past being in juvenile state custody as a delinquency he was involved in a gang. There fore the Guardian of lideum has used his face book page which is dated back to 2013 showing inappropriate images that's her only defense ..even when the dates have been verified she is asking for his parental rights be discontinued as well based on his past history. My family has not been given the opportunity to apply for temporary custody. The guardian of lideum has been bias prejudicial and non informative to our family. His children mother is Caucasian her mother has temp custody of his son and her cousin has temp . Custody of his daughter .i don't want to pull the race card but the Guardian of lideum is also Caucasian. She won't let anyone in my immediate family have a chance to assume responsibility. We all showed up in court to support my son of course we are African American .myself who is a 16 year financial manager I'm am currently on disability for asthma my husbnd retired 30 yrs us army veteran and has income also for playing the bass in our church band my mother was present she and my step dad also present are ordained ministers my stepdad retired from knox county schools as a janitor my sister was there she works a Scripps for the last 13 years as a Web designer and my son's sister was present she is currently working at Shannon Dale nursing home as supervisor over dietary dept for the last five years.my son was shunned upon by guardian of lideum and she has put a motion in request that the children stay where they are without giving us a chance .the custodial grandma is not working she has applied for family first and emergency stamps for the boyand her ccousin that has my son's daughter has a live in boyfriend that we know nothing about him or his background .why would the Guardian of lideum allow a little girl to live with this couple without a thorough investigation of the boyfriend. Yet the cousin on the kids mom side has temp. Custody she has filed to legally adopt
