My daughter is in jail for not going to probation while sick and in and out of doctors offices and hospital emergency room. I took her to court in Waverly Tn. while she is very sick and they put her in jail . She has not been in trouble going on 2 years but they keep putting a year add on to probation because she can not pay them. She has 3 counties that she has this problem with and this has just gone on and on. Please let me know what I can do for her because she has a disable child and got caught twice driving to go get medicine for her. She now no longer drives and has no job because she can not drive. This problems is only getting her more in debt because probation only wants money and the court costs in all 3 counties have gone through the roof. Can you please advise me on how to get her an attorney and make sure she does not die in the jail for she has a bacterial infection in her stomach and an urinary infection also and can not eat pr sleep laying down and I have to go bring her a breathing machine for her asthma and only hope they let her have it. She is very sick and needs liquids. ALL FOR REVOKE LICENSE and this is just going on and on. HELP I need to know where to get indigent forms before she gets so sick in jail. or an attorney public affender
