Wayne Cogswell added information

Can a person assume that the presiding judge of a Circuit Court has granted justification to the Plaintiff for pursuing the case through three days of trial if that judge clearly states during the closing minutes of the trial that he (the judge) may rule in the Plaintiff's favor? If the answer to that question is affirmative, can that same judge then withdraw the justification in his written decision after a Remand Hearing which concerned attorney fees? cogswellwayne@yahoo.com
