My son George M. Martinez had an out of county warrant from sacramento for threatening his workmans comp. judge for throwing out his 10 year old workmans comp case. he was picked up by the H.P. in Colfax where he lives and taken to placer county jail. on the forth day he had a hearing where the judge told him sac. county had. five day's to pick him up. the next day on the fifth day they brought him back in court and remanded him and charged him with another felony same crime different penal code. still no legal representation even though he asked for one. he's never been in trouble, he just lost it when the workmans com. judge threw his case in the trash right in front of him. since his accident he's lost everything. he just lost control and made threatening phone calls never acted on them. can placer county hold him and try him in placer county?
