Is this Thomas Looney who graduated cchs in 1958? My mother just passed away and I need to possibly obtain an attorney to serve my rights. Does the executor/executors in Tenn send out to the children copies of the will immediately? My father has already passed away and based on my parents themselves telling me my oldest son and sisters husband were to be co executors but believe brother in law intends to withhold this fact in order for self serving wrong doing. My son insinuates that brother in law already has discussed everything with attorney considered who parents used for will. However they had a will with an attorney who is deceased. Mother's death just occurred April 6, 2017. I AM OF THE Belief an attorney would not be available nor discuss the matter during the weekend. Be advised I am needing response to this inquiry by email if possible and/or possibly initial consultation.
