Dear Sir, I also have another matter at hand with you.. But.. Does the gas and oil last forever? When the Opperation began (I'm a small puppy) I was making $4,000 a year. Now I'm lucky if I make $1,000 a year. When this started, I thought eventually the minerals/gas & oil would run out. Is that true or does the earth run out of gas and oil or does the earth have boundless limits? People play with numbers too..(Accountants or ANYONE fudging numbers). Would an outside entity/government regulator help things? Did Mister Trump loosen up regulations on gas and pi and the banks? Is there a Federal Agency that can help with TRUE AND HONEST OVERSIGHT WITH FAIRNESS TO ALL OWNERS/INCLUDING ALL OWNERS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE AND IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS with regards to ALL MATTERS?
With due respect Sir, it's so hard to find honest business people.. anyone. Wells Fargo got away with some bad deeds (I believe).. But on the other hand some of the people got FINED a lot of bonus money.
May the Truth prevail in all issues on this matter.

First of all, I apologize for not doing a final edit on my last inquiry.
Regarding gas and oil...Will the wells ever dry up?
If heavy government regulations "heat up"... Then a lot of industries/farm/cattle/chemicals for farm use will also need to go under this grip and control of regulations too.
Why would someone do a class action lawsuit and not include all owners-meaning out of State Owners too? Should much more (than just the gas and oil companies) be regulated for fairness to all human beings and creatures of this earth?
When SWN first came in as SEEKO ( I believe) all the big land owners were very happy. Some property owners even have wells named after them.. Can't those property owners "read the meters" to make sure their neighbors are getting their fair share too?
I'm not afraid of regulations. Regulate the numbers and regulate the care of farm animals too. Roads and Highways and Easements need to be looked at too...Home Land Security needs to look and monitor all infrastructure with regards to tax dollars being collected and Etc.

Hey Dale,
I forgot to ask you if there's anything you can do for me, I am all but positive, SWN is messing with my income from royalties, my check was down 30% last month, it's still down about 33% this month. I think there is a collective effort going on to get my minerals, and SWN is involved big time. Please advise. I am going to have a geologist look at my stuff next week, he is on vacation. I was in hopes you could do something that alerts them that I won't take this BS laying down. My checks are off over 10K, to what they previously averaged.

What is the status of the Leonard Compton estate? We have not had any update. I am Leonard's Son-in-law but the other children are asking too what's going on.
