I just got an auto email that says the email and text I sent you today will not be answered because the accounts are never checked???

I text and email a lot because I'm either in treatment or the doctors and can't call out, or I'm at home and we are so far back on the property that we don't always get a good wifi signal for calls. Below is a copy of what I sent today.


Hi Rita-

I'm going to EMAIL you and TEXT you. Please let me know when you get one or both by TEXTING or EMAILING me.

I'm at treatment and I'm using the weirdo iPads they have because my cell phone battery is dead. So if you call my phone it will send you to voice mail.

It's 11:15 and I'm at Hematology and naturally they are behind schedule.

After this I have Infusion and they are saying I may have to do Magnesium Infusion again. That is a 2 to 4 hour process.

Tim is working double supervisor schedules to cover for the other Production Manager who is gone. Tom got home and slept from 4am to 10am.

•Tim is going to stop by and give you some of the things you needed and try to work on the paperwork you have but if he can bring it home I can finish it.

When Brett told us to move out of our house we had no time to be organized. Moving after 15 years in our home was beyond difficult and the place where we are at is half the size of our old house and there's NO garage and NO walk in closets.
ZERO STORAGE!!!!!

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GET THE GARNISHMENT STOPPED AND GET THAT 2 months of income back?

I had to cancel all my doctor appointments and RX refills for next week because I can't afford my co-pays.

*HOW QUICKLY CAN THE LIENS BE LIFTED FROM OUR OLD HOME?

*With the garnishment in place we are not able to afford our costs for daily or monthly living. With the liens in place we can't finalize our Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure and receive our relocation funds.

We relocated last year on next to nothing and had to use our son's accident settlement for his replacement car to afford the move. We got out then because Brett Purtzer said to get out ASAP.

Now he won't admit that he was the one who said "GET OUT NOW". Had we known it would take over a year to be done with our house we could have lived there mortgage free and saved up our money for a different outcome then what we face now.

*We are facing a CIVIL LAWSUIT, not a criminal one. The HOA has sighted and claims "FAILURE TO COMPLETE FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITIES". We are only listing the HOA on the bankruptcy because BRETT said to.

Brett said that by listing Aspen Ridge HOA on the bankruptcy we would be showing them and proving to them that we DO NOT have any money or assets.

For us claiming Bankruptcy was and is all about stopping any current or further garnishments, elimination of the medical bills, and then as we found out recently the liens on the house that are preventing us from finishing our "Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure" and receiving the "Relocation Funds".

Thank you Rita, I know it's been hectic and I apologize, it's just REALLY REALLY hard for me to get around on my own at the last minute.

I am legally blind in one eye and though I've had Cataract Surgery and 3 Retinopathy surgeries my sight is not very good so I don't drive myself much further from home then the grocery store & shopping center 2 miles from our home.

I've had multiple blackouts and seizures while driving and while out on my own in the store and even in the store parking lot.

It's just REALLY scary being me and even scarier being me out on my own.

Have you received my TEXT MESSAGES or my other emails? What is the direct email address for you?
