Hi Mr. Jones, My name is Andrew Powell and I am the son of Marietta Sultemeier Powell. We are pleased that you may be able to get the Sultemeier Ranch appropriately divided up. It has been too long coming already. The reason I mainly have contacted you is that all of this year's calves have been sold at Roswell Livestock. We need you to request payment from the Ranch account for 1/3 of the check for those calves as my Marietta is entitled. This has been the problem for 10 years now.
