I am so happy to see that you are still alive an kicking and practicing law. Susan and I have 2 grown sons, Aaron and Matthew (AM since they were born in the morning). Matt is married and Aaron is getting married in December. My contact information is 407-977-8836. I practice out of my home, but also use a corporate identity program (satellite office) to meet with clients. I have gone through something like 13 operations in the last 15 years or so. Latest was gastric bypass surgery (I have lost 100 pounds since 2/2014. Weight gain was due to femoral artery bypass surgery that affected my mobility for years and still does.

Dear Mr. Heinkin:
I am writing you because the similarities between the harassment against your clients, the Krlichs, and me are striking. - We both have been targeted in a community with systematically harassed for over six years; We both have been harassed by many community members, including members of law enforcement, the fire department and other entities, and by ordinary citizens; We both were initially targeted because of revenge/retaliation by a powerful member of local government (who was, coincidentally, a neighbor).
The main differences between the Krlichs' harassment and mine are - The nature and level of harassment against me have been much greater (psychological and financial harassment, hacking, subtle threats of disability and selective enforcement by the IRS). Also the reasons for the harassment are, of course, different.

My past six years can only be described as novel-like. Some incidents have been so bizarre that just discussing them raises eyebrows, no doubt, intended. In 2012, I had to end my private practice of law in Pinellas County, Florida because of the hacking of my internet access, iphone, email, calls from phony potential clients, etc. I had been a member of the Florida Bar, in good standind, and practicing locally since 1985). In 2003, I started dating the divorcing wife of the fourth highest officer of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office while I was her divorce attorney. We dated until 2011 despite continued police harassment. She was a neighbor I only knew in passing who told me of her five year plan of divorce, but called me a year later to represent her. I have been falsely smeared (sub-surface) as a pedophile in the community, through innuendos, although police deny even harassing me (such as my youtube audio entitled "Police Harassment and a Harassing Call"; uploaded to my website. No doubt, the ex-husband, with help from his buddies in the sheriff's office, "stirred up the porn pot" against me for revenge. I viewed a lot of adult consenting pornography, some gay porn, including when I was a Big Brother. As an applicant, I authorized law enforcement to monitor my computer. I am not gay or bisexual, but more importantly, I am not a pedophile. I have tried to be tested and assesed, at my expense, but I'm sure that members of local law enforcement have sabotaged my efforts.
Beginning in 2008, I was harassed, almost daily, by law enforcement vehicles, for about a year and a half. Harassment has become more subtle, for lack of a better term, by community members in everyday places. I referred to it as "psychological lynching" in a color of law complaint I sent to the FBI and Justice Dept. I later read articles and posts online referring to this phenomenon as gangstalking, organized group harassment, cause stalking, etc. The problem is that many of the posts claim use of microwaves, electromagnetism, implants, mind reading, etc. which I, of course, dismiss. (Perhaps they were written as disinformation or written by delusional individuals). Like your clients, I have been subjected to psychological harassment by groups (police and other conmunity members). I think the ex-husband tapped into a network of community members when it became clear that, despite police harassment and threats, I continued dating my ex-girlfriend. Because of my viewing porn online, evangelicals have been involved. I referenced in my website a private conversation I had with a local judge, an evangelical, after he made homophobic comments during a hearing.
I have tried to bring my harassment to the surface despite embarassment and threats, while members of local law enforcement and others have operated in the shadows. That says it all.
