My fiance is in prison for violation of probation and taking of a motor vehicle. Mr. Garry Goodwin represented him on this. Since he has been lock up he has been caught with two cell phones. The first one in 2013 and the second one this past July. The first one he is guilty of and was sentence to be taken out of trusty status for 6 months instead they took 17 months. The second one the police came in the open bay dorm that he was in to shake down and a phone was thrown on his rack. They found him guilty and took him out of trusty status and took all his privileges for 60 days. The person that placed the phone on his rack wrote a notarized statement stating my fiance had nothing to do with the phone or any aknoldgement of the phone. That the phone belonged to him. The prison refused to allow the guy to hold up for the phone. My fiance was suppose to gotten out this month but now he is facing another two years because of the rvr is there anyway that you can help me get this last rvr removed from his record due to me having a notarized statement by the owner of the phone and help get the extra 11 months they took from him bk.
