Dear Mr. Corben,
My name is Irena. My family has been friends with George Saxe for the last 20 years.
My whole family is in shock after we learned what happened to our dear friend George.
George is the most wonderful person in this world. He was always helping people. He is very kind, he has a huge heart.
Unfortunately, these crooks took advantage of his kindness. He felt sorry for these people 10 years ago, when they put their condo (in Governors park) for a short sale. He took them into his house. They occupied downstairs whole 1st floor and 3rd floor, while George lived on the 2nd floor. He charge them very tiny rent. They were late on their payments. One of these people was constantly bothering George to fix things. George spent substantial amounts on repairs. George is an honest, decent and trusting person. He did unthinkable--they convinced him somehow to write the house to their name! I asked George, why didn't you just sell the house? He said that he wanted to live in this house. But now George told us that about a week ago these crooks sold the house and now George is being thrown to the street. He had $409K invested in this house+ tens thousands in repairs, and now he is left with zero (at the age of 76!) These crooks came with debt to George and now they have a fully paid condo, which they just purchased (according to George), and probably have tens thousands of cash left from the sale of the house.
Dear Mr. Corben! Please, please, help George. He has another 25-30 years to live (he comes from a family of a longevity) and he is left with nothing, being thrown to the street.
