I am a site supervisor(nonexempt employee) of a construction company. I am required to be at work at 5am in morning to get employees in their proper vehicles and insure we don't leave nothing behind before we embark on a two hour drive to Tenn hwy 43. The company says since they provide me a truck I only get one hour drive time carrying employees and equipment. Employee s who are not a foreman or supervisor get paid to drive from the time they get back (12.5 hours vs my 10 hours). I am a hourly employee and we can use our rucks for personal use. This is been going on for years. I been averaging 640 hours a year in lost revenue as well as my fellow foremen's and supervisors. We don't know what we can do about it our employer says its the law. That's not what we are reading on the internet. Can you help use
