Dear Mam,

Good morning. 10 years ago your good self applied for my I-751 after divorce of my more than 6 years of marriage. After one year of I-194 of I-551 stamp I left country in urgency where my kids were devastated after an earthquake. I struck here and did not returned due time. I applied SB-1 and again non immigrant visa but was denied.
I applied USCIS many times for I-212, I-131but not issued.
Its more than 10 years out of country but I kept applying to USCIS. I was checking online status regularly and I got message that I-181 undelivered and returned back.
I am attaching the same for your review please. Can you please tell me the nature of the message attached.
1.What does it mean of I-181?.
2.If it is for green card interview, is it possible to get reentry permit as my I-751 is still pending.
3.What I have to do to get back to country after 10 years.

Please I need your advise and will pay the legal fee for this purpose.
