I would like to file a lien for non payment on a contractor's personal home that I did all the custom designed interior trim/carpentry. I know I need to file the lien after serving him with the notice to file form. I don't know the rest of the legal mumbo jumbo in reference to lien rights. I don't want to lose my rights by missing something, untimely delivering or information incorrectly filled in where needed. He owes me in the range of $30,000.00, so you see the pressure of stepping correctly. My question to you is do you handle this type of law?

Phil Duval does not show up for court. You have to remind him constantly. He made matters worse by not taken care of things. When he did show up he was not prepared at all and did not do the things he promised. Very unorganized. Flirts with female clients as well. He has a history with the court house that he habitually does not show up. One of his clients paid him 15,000 and did not show up.

WORST LAWYER EVER. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOOK MY MONEY AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO GET MY COURT DATE PUSHED. NEVER DID. CALLED HIS OFFICE DAILY TO FIND OUT COURT DATE AND ANY INFO ON MY CASE. KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. GOT REARRESTED (NOW TWICE FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT DO) AND HAD MY CAR TOWED BECAUSE I MISSED A COURT DATE THAT I NEVER KNEW EXISTED. HE COST ME 1000$. HE IS ON COCAINE AND TAKES XANAX. HE NEEDS TO BE DRUG TESTED. HE ALSO ASKED FOR SEX IN EXCHANGE FOR LOWER PRICE IN MY FEES. WHEN I DECLINED, HE NEVER GAVE ME ANY MORE INFORMATION. I AM CURRENTLY WITH ANOTHER LAWYER WHO IS ALREADY IN PROCESS OF HAVING CASE DISMISSED AND FIGURING OUT HOW TO GET BACK THE MONEY DUVAL'S CROOKED SELF COST ME. IF YOU WANT A LEGIT LAWYER THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU, COMMUNICATE, AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR INFORMATION: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE PHILLIP DUVAL!!!!!!!!!!
