You will be happy to know I've retained an attorney who knows you and you courtroom decor quite well. She will explain the situation in court Nov. 18, 2015 which she says I don't even need to be there. Getting me to give up my apartment should be the farthest thing from your mind as she is now seeking monetary damages for the slander and deformation of character Mr. Eduardo Jimenez, building manager at 2040 Bruckner Blvd. Stellar Management Property owner and CEO Larry Gluck. She works on a contingency basis and because I am a 9/11 surviving nurse at least for the next year along with a disease called Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome caused by the mouse droppings and urine which, Larry, Fran, maybe even yourself knew about and did nothing to escalate the situation. Thanks for that. I couldn't even have my daughter and grandchildren come from Calgery Canada because the children ages 3,5,7 would have gone back with nightmares. Furthermore, they didn't get to meet their great grandpa on account of Stellar's negligence. And with me living on borrowed time with no cure, Pulmonary Sarcoidosis, thank you very much.
