I hired this lawyer David Cordier who made me loose my case by not calling any of my witnesses nor did he show my documents to the judge. That would have proven my case. He didnt switch judges after i to him i had that judge before. I knew this judge from a proir case. We had to take a recess. My lawyer goes to lunch with the other lawyer. I come back after an hour. Thier sitting right next to each other laughing and talking reminiscing. He wasnt talking the say before it was we're going to win this to I'll try. My eyebrows went up then. He also hid the fact that the court sent him a letter a month prior. Not leaving me any room to appeal or file a motion. He totally abandoned me for the other party. All he could say is im sorry it didnt go as i planned. you think. I know exactly what happened and why. Come to find out thier is still time to file a motion and appeal. Short notice but still time. I had to hire another lawyer yesturday. To file the motion and appeal. Also to switch the judge. David Cordier just want money to show up but not show out. Didnt care about my family. I also feel he was paid to not call my witnesses and not to enter my documentation as evidence to prove my case. He didnt even call me as a witness. He didnt say much and what he did say wasn't helping my case at all. It was totally off the wall. I could have represented myself and won verses being railroaded by my own attorney.
