It is my understanding that you are currently representing Katherine Fitzgerald. Since she has apparently changed her phone number I will communicate through you. I sold a car, furniture and accessories to Katherine and also helped her pay $2370.45 for extensive dental work. All of these loans were granted to assist her and her husband. Though these loans were granted with extraordinarily advantageous terms the fact remains that these are loans and timely payments are expected and required. We have both written and verbal contracts in the amount of $10,050.65 for furniture, $2370.45 for dental work and the current balance on the car loan is $3935.55. Now, since your client has had her husband thrown into jail without sufficient cause and he will undoubtedly be unemployed it is her responsibility to ensure payments are received as per our agreements. She is party to these agreements and she has possession of the car, the furnishings and her teeth. The next scheduled payment as she is well aware is due on Friday, December 1, 2017. So I for one would like to avoid the cost and inconvenience of litigation. However, you must make it perfectly clear to your client that i will not allow her to steal from me as she has stolen from her husband while he was rotting in the county jail on trumped up charges. She also needs to be told that our extended family will be present for any future litigation to testify regarding her drug abuse and abnormal behavior.

You do not have an email address listed therefore I will continue to communicate with you via your web page. My wife was contacted today by your client, Katherine Fitzgerald via text message. As I stated in my earlier message to you I am due a payment of $150.00 tomorrow. She is well aware of this arrangement and therefore I fail to understand why she would ask when the payment is due. She has the car and therefore she is obligated to make the payments. In addition, as stated in my earlier message she owes me a total of $12,421.10 for furniture and extensive dental work. She has asked in her text about setting up payments to us to pay for these items. So, you can relay to your client that she can set up direct deposit allotments to us in the amount of $286.05 per month for a period of 48 months. This requires her IMMEDIATE attention to insure we receive our first payment on her next payday of December 15, 2017. Now, if she is not agreeable to these loan requirements we will be forced to repossess the furnishings. We will then be forced to take legal action to recoup all costs associated with this action to include moving expenses, damage repair, storage, legal expenses and any other related costs. We will await your response and take appropriate action as required.
