Please read carefully as I am going to explain in details why I mailed you. I am Barrister Patrick Adams, a solicitor at law, personal attorney to late  Nelson Calhoon  who died in a car crash in East London on the 15Th of MARCH  2014.   Since the death of my client ,I have made several inquiries here in the united states to locate any of my clients extended relatives, and which efforts have been to no avail, After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to search-through with his name which motivated me to contact you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the fund valued at US$2.4M (Two Million Four hundred thousand US Dollars ) left behind by my client before it gets confiscated or declared U-serviceable by the Birmingham Mid-shires Bank of London where this huge amount were deposited by My Client   .

The said Security Finance Bank has issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have his account confiscated within the next twenty one official working days or forfeit the money as an abandoned funds.  Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 2years now.

On this note I decided to search for a credible person and finding that you bear a similar last name and I was urged to contact you, I seek the consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last name, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you. Therefore, on receipt of your positive response, we shall then discuss the sharing ratio and modalities for transfer.I have all necessary information and legal documents needed to back you up for this claim. I guarantee that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.Note that there is a legal reason for the confidentiality of this transaction because of the nature of the transactions and the circumstances surrounding it.

I will appreciate if you are very sure you can assist with this and execute this with the required diligence,Take note of the mode of sharing after a second thought, 50% to me and 50% to you. I know there might be other persons out there with the same surname as my late client, but after a little check my instinct tells me to contact you. This is legally possible and would be done in accordance with the laws of the land.

If you have gone through this mail and you feel it is acceptable by you,Kindly get back to me telling me if you are willing to go ahead so that i can provide you with more information and we can go ahead .I look forward to receive a favorable response from you.

Good-Day

Please read carefully as I am going to explain in details why I mailed you. I am the personal attorney/sole executor to late Nelson Wince who died in a car crash in East London on the 15Th of MARCH 2013. I have since carried out a search on his actual extended family ties and which efforts have been to no avail and hence my contacting you. After the death of Nelson, A Bank in London (B.M SAVINGS BANK) contacted me as Nelson Private attorney to provide The Next of kin to late Nelson who should inherit Late Nelson fortune with them in the amount of Four Million two hundred and fifty Thousand Dollars (4,250,000.00 USD) this according to them is their policy in sure circumstances.

Since the death of Nelson, I have search for any extended relatives whom shall be claimants/beneficiaries of his abandoned personal estate and all such efforts have been to no avail,I had to inform the finance company about my fruitless effort in locating my late client close relative or His next of kin. The board of directors of the Finance company just adopted a resolution two days ago and I was mandated to provide Late Nelson next of kin for the payment of the Deposited Fund within the next 15 official working days or forfeit the money as an abandoned funds. The company had planned to invoke the abandoned property decree of the company to confiscate the funds after the expiration of the period given me.

On this note I decided to search for a credible person and finding that you bear a similar last name, I was urged to contact you, My mail to you was written as a matter of last resort because of the circumstances surrounding this claim right now. I cannot ascertain if you are directly related to my late client but I am taking a chance to contact you, that I may, with your consent, present you to the “Trustee” as Nelson family member as to enable you put up a claim to the bank in that capacity as the next of kin of Nelson.

This is legally possible and would be done in accordance with the laws of the land, I have all vital documents that would confer you the legal right to make this claim successfully and would make them available to you .I shall assemble all the necessary documents that will be used to back you up for this claim . I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law and I will not fail to bring to your notice that this proposal is hitch-free and that you should not entertain any fears.

Nelson was a Civil engineer and he had dealings In Real Estate around United kingdom and USA, He lived most of his years here in Washington but traveled often to London for business. I served as his private attorney for the last eleven years preceding his death, Nelson was never married and had no kids. His financial investments in B.M Savings Bank of London are on the verge of being declared nontransferable.

I am in direct need to present a next of kin to facilitate the release of the funds in value of Four Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars.($4,250.000.00) In the event that you are not in any way related to this man, I humbly ask for your assistance in partnering with me to get this funds released since you have similar last name as my late client.

Note that there is a legal reason for the confidentiality of this transaction because of the nature of the transactions and the circumstances surrounding it. I will appreciate if you are very sure you can assist with this and execute this with the required diligence. I got your information from a search engine.

Take note of the mode of sharing after a second thought, 50% to me and 50% to you. I know there might be other persons out there with the same surname as my late client, but after a little check my instinct tells me to contact you. Please I require only a solemn confidentiality on this. If you have gone through this mail and you feel it is acceptable by you,Kindly get back to me telling me if you are willing to go ahead or not so that I can give you the contact of this finance company where this fund is lodged and then inform you too of how to proceed.

Hope to hear back from you pretty soon.
