Is this a scam? I received the same letter as the ones seen above on this web site. What is this attorney looking for? My bank account? SSN? or what? I cant find any reference to Nelson Knupp being killed in a car crash in 2012, and from the looks of it it seems that this Patrick Adams Esq., Adams & Associates, Attorneys at Law, Washington, D.C. 20006 has sent the same letter to many others using the same first name, with a different last name, and usually the same amount of money to be collected in all of his letters.
